Every chore is a roll of the dice.
Each task has up to three tiers, from a quick spot clean to a full deep clean. You score what you actually did, so a small effort counts and a big one counts more.
- Light, 1 point: A quick spot clean or one container emptied.
- Medium, 2 points: A solid session, like 10 to 30 minutes.
- Heavy, 4 points: The big lift: a full load, a deep clean, a long haul.
Stack it with item multipliers
Points are the tier times the number of items, so doing more of the same thing adds up fast.
- Cook Side Dish (steamed green beans, sticky rice, soup): 1 pt × 3 = 3 pts
- Cook Main Dish (double baked potato, grilled steak): 2 pts × 2 = 4 pts
- Empty/Refill (empty the trash + refill the bag): 1 pt × 2 = 2 pts
Three steps to a scoreboard.
- Add a House: Join an existing house with a code, or set up your own and invite everyone: roommates, partners, family members, or kids.
- Log Your Chores: Use your time doing chores instead of managing a todo list.
- Crown a Champion: Recognize everyone's contribution. Celebrate the workload.
Consistent task masters to weekend warriors. Everyone has a place.
Some people do a little every day. Some save it all up for Saturday. The scoreboard counts both.
- The Steady One: Small plays, every day. 24 pts in 21 plays.
- The Heavy Hitter: Rare, but every play is a big one. 24 pts in 6 plays.
- The Sunday Sprinter: All of it, on one day. 22 pts in 7 plays.
- The Overnight Hero: Credit for work nobody sees. 25 pts in 10 plays.
More than a chore list.
- Kid Mode: Add kids to your house with their own profiles. Age-appropriate tasks help them build real habits.
- Stats & History: Track who does what over time. Weekly breakdowns, per-space stats, and full activity history.
- House Prizes: Use payouts from losses to purchase shared experiences to celebrate the real winner: the house.
Two people or six. Home or office.
- Couples: Finally settle who actually does more around the house, with receipts.
- Roommates: Keep shared spaces clean without passive-aggressive notes on the fridge.
- Families: Get kids involved, assign age-appropriate tasks, and track everyone's contributions.
- Coworkers: Keep shared office spaces clean and functional with fair accountability.
We built it to stop fighting about the dishes.
We were college students in a small apartment, and the place was always a little messy. We never agreed on what came first. One of us didn't see what it took to hold off total pandemonium. The other couldn't see what anyone was contributing. Every request turned into an argument over dishes and other things no two soulmates should break up over.
So we stopped arguing about theoretical workloads and charted where our time actually went. That became a weekly game. Whoever lost the week paid into the house pot, and the loss doubled each week until we negotiated a tie or stepped up to win.
Chores became a system instead of a relationship fault. That system carried us into the explosive list of chores that comes with parenthood. Vibe coding finally made it possible to turn it into an app, so we can share what we've been using since 2019.
